Register with the Walden Day Care Centre

We are so excited that you are interested in enrolling your child or children with the Walden Day Care Centre! 

There are two steps to follow in order to apply to the Walden Day Care Centre:

Step 1: Register with the City of Greater Sudbury Child Care Registry

The first step in applying to the Walden Day Care Centre is to complete an application with the City of Greater Sudbury Child Care Registry. Click the button below to submit your registration.

Step 2: Join Walden Day Care Centre Waitlist

The second step in applying to the Walden Day Care Centre is to complete the appropriate form(s) below to join our waitlist. Please submit one application form per child.

Submit School-Age Program Application Form

What Happens Next?

After you register with the City of Greater Sudbury Child Care Registry and submit your form(s) to the Walden Day Care Centre, a member of our team will contact you.

Please allow several weeks before hearing from us. Note that we will require you to sign additional forms in-person in the office.
