*There will be a $10.00 fee for the family of any child who doesn’t show for a supper booking AND doesn’t cancel by 3:00pm of that day.
**There will be a $25.00 fee/family for not attending a Saturday booking AND not cancelling the day before by 3:00pm
For any month where your child/ren have not attended and the office has not received a written "Notice of Withdrawal" we will assume that you are still needing care in the upcoming months. Therefore, there will be a minimum charge $50.00 per family, per month for any month where there has been no attendance. This will hold the family's spaces for future care including Teddies 'n Jammies. In the event that the fees for the monthly care used, are less than the "minimum monthly charge" the minimum charge will apply.
